These terms apply to purchases in the Connections Movement shop and to donations made through connectionsmovement.com. By placing an order or making a donation, you accept them.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs, taxes and discount codes are shown in the payment form before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay). Your order is confirmed once the payment is approved, and you will receive a receipt by email.

Shipping

We ship to the countries available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and start once your order is dispatched. Any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, write to us within 7 days of receiving it.

Returns and exchanges

You can return unused products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Write to us first so we can coordinate the return: once we receive and check the product, we will refund the price to the same payment method. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the product is defective or is not what you ordered.

If you buy from Chile, you also have the rights granted by Law No. 19,496 on consumer protection, including the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 10 days of receiving the product and the legal warranty for defective products.

Donations

Donations support the development and production of our films. One-time donations are not refundable, except in case of error: if you made a mistake, write to us within 7 days. Monthly support is charged every month until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from the link on the Support page or by writing to us; cancelling stops future charges. Donations are not tax-deductible unless we expressly say otherwise.

Intellectual property

The films, photographs, texts and designs on this site belong to Connections Movement and their respective authors. They may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of USA. If you have a problem with an order or a donation, write to us first at info@connectionsmovement.com: we will do our best to solve it directly.
