Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Connections Movement (“we”) collects through connectionsmovement.com, what we use it for and what rights you have over it. We only ask for what we need to answer you, deliver your orders and process your donations.

Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

• When you write to us through the contact form: your name, company, email, project type, location, dates, approximate budget and your message.
• When you buy or donate: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the details of your order or donation. Payments are processed by Stripe: we never see or store your card details.
• When you browse: your shopping bag is saved in your own browser, not on our servers. If we turn on analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel), they use cookies to measure visits; we will list them here when they are active.

What we use it for

• To answer your inquiries and prepare proposals.
• To process, ship and support your orders, and to send you their receipts.
• To process one-time and monthly donations, and to let you manage them.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data or use it for anything else.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to run the site: Stripe (payments), our hosting and email providers, and the carriers that deliver your orders. Videos are played from YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode) and Vimeo, which apply their own policies when you play them.

How we protect it and how long we keep it

Messages from the contact form are stored encrypted and only our team can read them. We keep your data only as long as we need it for these purposes; order and donation records are kept for the time required by tax law.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to stop using it or to send you a copy, by writing to info@connectionsmovement.com. We will reply within the legal deadlines. In Chile, these rights are protected by Law No. 19,628 and, once it comes into force, by Law No. 21,719 on the protection of personal data. If you live in the European Union, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the current version.
